There's no automatic email reset here -- resets are handled by a real person on your team, so nobody can reset an account just by knowing its email address.
If someone else at your company has admin access, ask them to reset your password from Settings → Manage Users. They'll get a one-time link to send you -- your old password keeps working until you actually use it, so there's no risk in asking twice.
